My wife had to cut her ring off, as her finger had swollen to the point of us being unable to remove it. The jeweler that cut it off told us they could repair it for us later, but when I came back to them to have it repaired, they said they wouldn't since it wasn't purchased from them. I called J Brooks in Lehi and they said they would fix it, even though it wasn't purchased from them. They sent it off to the jeweler for a free repair quote, and it ended up not being expensive at all. I had them do the repair, and when it came back, the wonderful staff at J Brooks noticed that there was more work that could be done to make the ring look as good as possible, so they sent it back on their own, to have it repaired further. I received the ring back in about a week and a half, and my wife and I are very satisfied with how it looks now. Every staff member I spoke with was very friendly and was a pleasure to work with. I will forever recommend J Brooks to anyone looking for a jeweler.

Enjoyed working with everyone at J Brooks. I worked with Trudy and Zack and it was a great experience. They are knowledgeable, honest, gave great insights, but truly wanted me to be happy and made it possible to get exactly what we wanted, and they completely surpassed every expectation. They were up front, friendly, and want you to be happy. They have an eye for quality and will provided a great experience. I highly recommend Trudy and Zack.

In my time working with J Brooks I felt their in store collection was very impressive. There was hardly anything I could imagine that was not had or something similar. I personally went with a custom option which was where I was most impressed with their employee professionalism and the extensive leeway they gave for customization. Lastly, I am aware that they have proven themselves successful in satisfying customers across the spectrum financially. Whatever budget you may have, you can have confidence they will make the most of it.

From the minute we walked into the store, my fiance and I loved the quality and look of the rings more than the 6-7 other jewelry stores we visited throughout Salt Lake and Utah county. My experience working with Kim and Zach surpassed expectation, in both knowledge and communication, as well as from John himself; each went above and beyond to provide answers to questions and get things done exactly how we wanted in the tight time-frame we needed. We had several unique requests, and J. Brooks came through with everything, exactly what we were looking for! Easy to do business with...STUNNING RINGS... HIGHLY recommend!

AMAZING STORE! AMAZING EXPERIENCE! You walk in and the selection is beautiful and easy to browse and navigate. They have selections for every taste and every budget! The sales staff is very welcoming and informative and not pushy at all! I was very happy with the beautiful design of the ring and VERY happy with the value! The sales manager Trudy helped us every step of the way! If you're in the market for any jewelry that you want to be special and unique, THIS IS THE PLACE!! I highly recommend J Brooks to anyone that is in the market for jewelry for an engagement, anniversary or any special surprise!! You and your special someone will be glad you did!
