I am completely delighted with Sierra West Jewelers in Sandy. I moved to this area a few months ago and had been less than pleased with the design of my wedding ring. (The ring was new - no time to resolve the matter before relocating) I walked into Sierra West assuming I would have to purchase a new ring. Cindy was happy to show me other rings but recommended I ask their jeweler his opinion on whether the ring could be altered to suit my taste. I was so impressed she had my best interests in mind and didn't try to sell me a new ring. She called me to say the jeweler could remove the bezel and reset my diamond with the traditional star prongs. I picked it up just a couple days later and my ring is stunning! Many thanks and much gratitude to Cindy and Sierra West.

Cindy and Teresa were so great! The prices are low and fair and they will treat you right! Highly recommended! So nice and welcoming and personal. Not just another sale.

I have horrible customer service there by the salesperson and the owner the owner tried to Blackmail me into taking off my original review by hiring an attorney to try to bully me I'm fully within my rights to have this review up.

At first it was a great experience. I love my ring. It has several small diamonds and I lost 5 within the first 4 months. I took it in every time and they fixed it without a problem. They said I had a two year warranty and this can happen with new rings because they need to settle. Well here we are just over two years later and I still loose diamonds all the time only now I have to pay to get them fixed. I told them of the problem at the beginning and they said it would stop. Well it hasn't stopped and no now I have to pay for crappy craftsmanship.
