Saratoga Jewelry Co. saved my wedding ring. When I had it resized at a different jeweler, they broke one of the diamonds and the other diamonds were constantly loose. I took it to Saratoga Jewelry Co. when one of the diamonds came out. They were able to put the diamond back in and fix all the settings on the ring. Since then, I have never had a problem with loose diamonds. I take my ring back every year to have my ring cleaned and they always do an excellent job for a fair price. They have gained a customer for life, I highly recommend their service!

I love this store. Simple repairs are very reasonably priced. If you are looking to do something creative they are definitely worth checking out.

The guys at Saratoga Jewelry are AMAZING there hasn’t been a time that they cannot help me with my jewelry needs always with a great attitude and outstanding customer service great local business and affordable prices.

Simply the best! I gave my wife her ring that I bought from Saratoga Jewelry Company about 3.5 years ago. (It was actually the second engagement ring I bought from here haha). My wife wears her ring everywhere. Even to the gym, so it's no stranger to the wear and tear of daily life. With that being said I have gotten her ring polished and shined twice and each time they have done such an extraordinary job! It comes back looking brand new just as it was the day I proposed. The service they provide is fantastic but what personally makes this Jeweler a standout above the rest is his professionalism and genuinely caring personality. I shopped around at about 15 other jewelers and none of them made me feel as comfortable as Jeremy and his staff at Saratoga Jewelry. They've created the perfect environment that allows you to look at an extensive collection without feeling overwhelmed because their knowledgable staff is ready to answer any question and can give you direction if you are feeling lost. They were never pushy. Never came off as a salesman. The best way I can explain it is like this- ring shopping there with the help of the employees was like asking my sister to go with me; Helpful and excited for me and wanted me to get something that my fiancee would love. I don't live in Utah anymore, but I still do visit. The next time I buy a special gift for my wife I will wait until I make that trip to Utah so I can buy from here again. After having been treated with so much respect, fairness, and kindness why would I go anywhere else? I'm a customer for life.

They were perfect! The staff is very kind and no pushy. I was very grateful I stopped here first on my list of stores. They were happy to educate and teach. They listened to all my questions, dumb or not and, gently, taught me what I needed to know to find the right ring. I ended up with exactly what I wanted and it fit beautifully to my style. And they also provided an incredible warranty. They truly take pride in their work and make you feel like one of the family. I felt extremely comfortable trusting them to customize a family heirloom ring and help me design/pick the best wedding band to go with. I'd recommend them for any kind of jewelry work, custom and in-store.
