The Sandy Schubach location has been taking great care of us for 10 years. I’ve stopped at other locations out of convenience over the years but have never been happy with the level of service. Every time I walk in the Sandy store, they are so attentive, helpful and kind. I bring my ring in for warranty service a couple times a year and it always comes out looking brand new. I love knowing I can trust them to take care of something that’s so important to me! On our most recent visit, I wanted to see anniversary bands. Alicia, the store manager, took so much time with us, making sure she helped us find something that would work well with my existing ring. She gave us different options and suggestions about how to set the rings. She proved her worth as a store manager, as she was very knowledgeable about everything we looked at an answered every question. I will keep coming back to this location over and over again, and I don’t even think about looking at other jewelers. I know at Schubach I’m going to get quality jewelry for a reasonable price with service that can’t be beat!! Thank you Alicia and the Sandy Schubach team for showing true customer service and going out of your way to create an awesome customer experience!

Alicia Patrick was my sales person today. She was knowledgeable and recommended the anniversary bands that fit my wife’s ring. The sales presentation was kind and I didn’t feel pressured that I couldn’t walk away. She understood my concerns about my budget and was able to find the best price to meet the budget. Thank you Alicia for being an excellent store manager and sales person. I hope you find the man of your dreams soon and you get to choose your favorite ring with with Schubach.

What an amazing experience! Came in last second without any planning or knowledge about what to get for an engagement ring. Alicia was there to help in a pinch, she was very patient with my lack of knowledge and helped find the perfect ring and got me a killer deal! If you go in be sure to ask for her she is the best hands down.

Alicia and Joan Alicia is the one that sold Madison my finance a ring. She was really patient with her because she did not know what ring she was looking for. We spent about two hours with Alicia and Joan. The customer service was a 10 and these laddies just made the buying experience really easy for us. Please go visit my friends Alicia and Joan.
