Bought my wife a new improved wedding ring and a what I call a travel ring for trips for Valentines 2018.   Good pleasant jewelers.  Love the life time service.  Bought my wife her upgrade ring from the one I asked her to marry me.  They were very helpful.  Price is not bad.  If you get the good stuff like I do what do you expect.  Service is great.

A big thank you to David, Jay and Nicole at the Jared Jewelers in Murray. I stopped by tonight after work to see how quickly they could clean, check and dip my ring in rhodium. In the past they have wanted me to leave it and I don't like leaving my ring anywhere! They checked with Nicole and she said she could make it happen in 20 minutes. With the help of all three of them working together I was out of there in less than 20 minutes and my ring looks B E A U T I F U L !!! Thanks for the excellent service and making it happen so quickly!

We had gone to another large local jeweler to look at engagement rings and it wasn’t a great experience. I was nervous to go out looking again (I wanted a very rare pink sapphire) but my then fiancé convinced me to try Jared, where he had purchased some beautiful earrings for me for Christmas. Our experience was like a 180 degree difference. Beautiful setting, and they found the stone I was hoping for and had it brought in. My ring makes me feel like a princess, and every time I go in to get it cleaned I am reminded of that special day. The staff always makes me feel so welcome. I am so glad “we went to Jared.”

The manager David is very rude. He did not take ownership of a problem I had. He instead told me that "I can spend my time calling Jared's customer service to try and figure it out." Horrible customer service! I reached out to the district manager to discuss the issue and my concerns and he never called or bothered to correct the problem. This speaks volumes for a business. In this area the management does not care about taking care of their customers long term. Also, he and most of the staff at the Murray location do not understand there warranty process. So if you care about your warranty or want to be taken care of long-term regarding your expensive jewelry purchase do not go to this Jared's.
