I had a truly excellent experience with Land Rover Paramus.  My sales representative was Ron Lupo and he made the entire process - from looking at different vehicles all the way through leasing and picking up the vehicle exceptionally smooth.  Ron did a superb job locating exactly the model of Discovery Sport I was looking for including the options I wanted.  I do not like shopping for cars, but Ron made the process a real pleasure.  Ron was always available throughout to answer questions and he has followed up afterward to make sure everything is going well with the new car.

The showroom is very nice and all the staff is very motivate to help with whatever you need.  Everything about this dealership is top notch.

I strongly recommend Land Rover Paramus and ask for Ron to work with - you will be very pleased that you did.

I had an AMAZING experience leasing my vehicle from Manny. Definitely ask for him when you go. He is super knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth. Jessie was also great showing me all the bells and whistles my new Discovery sport has to offer. The dealership itself is also impeccable. I def highly recommend!

It turned out to be a joyous venture after meeting, dealing with Jess Nayyar and finally  buying a Jaguar F pace. She is knowledgeable, confident and devoted sales person. She is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to negotiate with the customer to the best of her ability.
She provided in time the missing key which needed programming and the Glove Compartment key. 
She is a sales person works for Jaguar Paramus till she could sell the automobile, and after the sell looks well for the interest of the customer.
We wish her & Paramus Jaguar all the successes.

Great Customer Service !!  My lease is up soon and I am shopping around for a new car. My salesman Garrett S. took his time and went over the Jaguar XE with me and showed me all the features and compared them to my current car. When my lease is up I will be defiantly going to back  Garrett to get a Jaguar!

I have purchased or leased over 6 trucks from this dealership but under the new ownership the quality and service has bottomed out.  The service department has had my truck for a week now.  Brought it in for a general scheduled service and was told it needed new brakes with around 15K miles.   Was told this is normal "for this type of truck"  by my service advisor. Several thousand dollars later I picked up the truck and immediately after leaving the dealership the engine light came back on.  Brought it immediately back and have not heard from my advisor in days.  No loners available unfortunately.
