Paramus Hyundai is the place for you to get your Hyundai serviced because of the Service Advisor named Annie Ramaglia! She is the best! She will take care of your car like her own without ever advising you any non-required service that your car really does not need! Also she'll get you the best quote possible, apply discounts to your service order whatever possible on her own. In one word she is Amazing that makes it worth taking your car all the way to Paramus Hyundai no matter how far you may live from Paramus, NJ.

After knocking around a few car dealers, we came to Hyundai of Paramus and met with Eddie Santiago. This man was very courteous and understanding, always having a variety of options and remaining patient, always listening to our needs and adapting quickly with other options.

Even after we found the perfect vehicle for us, he hustled to make the trade-in, financing, title transfer, even getting new floormats a very quick and easy process. He also made sure we knew the details of what still needed to be done (second keys, little things like that). 

I found him to have a real, no-nonsense attitude, even when it was time to haggle. At no point did we feel that he glossed over any information or "dumbed" it down.  We are very satisfied with his service, and our purchase. 5/5, would recommend to others.

Came in a few weeks ago for my 2015 Hyundai Sonata Eco, after my mom got into an accident due to a hesitation on the vehicle when accelerating. When we bought the car, I thought it was totally normal for the hesitation, but after the accident I grew concerned and brought it in. When I came in the shop, I explained the hesitation problem to the guy in the front and he said that it was weird for the car but that he would have it checked out. He drove the vehicle and said he felt the hesitation in the car and that it was really not normal.

In the process of the paperwork, he mentioned that my vehicle was due for a service that he was pretty sure it may fix the problem. I was slightly annoyed because if this indeed is not normal for the car, then that means I bought a brand new car with a possible defect and now would have to pay for it. I paid for the service anyway and in the meantime, they also did an update on the software that was apparently due for the car, (which I was never informed about) but they did it anyway, so it was nice of them. 

When I finally got my car back to test drive it, the hesitation when accelerating was still there. I told them it got a little better but it was still there. Then he turned around and said the hesitation is normal because it's a dual clutch vehicle. This seriously pissed me off!! If the hesitation was normal, then why didn't he say that from the beginning rather than having me pay for a $500 service saying that it "may" fix the problem and say at the beginning the hesitation was not normal.  Then I requested to speak to the manager and the manager right in front of me said that he was busy and walked right away. If the gentleman would have been completely honest from the beginning, I may have done the service just to keep up with the car, but don't say something is not normal, have me pay to fix the problem and then say its normal. Completely dishonest, rude and unprofessional in every way.

I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially if they are not car savvy. They will try to get you to pay for things you don't really need at the moment and talk to you in this car lingo to try and make sense of their services.

I leased 2017 santafe last monday. it is one of best dealer ship. I strongly recommend. sales men are very kindness ,professionalism and  courteously. I'm so happy with this dealer ship.
