We went to AutoEastern of Paramus to hand in our lease and with no intention of getting a new car lease, and little time to spare.But because of the kind courteous manner of Roy Nunez and Edwin Mendez and their extensive knowledge of the cars, special offers, and financing they were able to help us find a lease deal in our budget with the car we liked. 
They stayed extra late(after closing) to get the deal done, and were both very pleasant through it all even though they had been at work all that day into that night. We liked how they made the extra effort to be transparent about costs so that we we didn't feel slammed by hidden costs. We will be going back as well as sending friends and family.

I had an amazing experience at Paramus Nissan between the service , attention to detail and just wonderful customer service I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Nissan and for amazing service. Roy Nunez and Edwin Mendez were incredible and made me feel like family. They were knowledgeable, respectful, efficient and truly know what the meaning of true customer service really means. I know in 3 yrs when my lease is up I’ll be coming back here and it’s because of the care and service we received today! 
Make sure you work with both of these gentlemen because they were amazing !

We just got our new Nissan Rogue from Paramus Nissan with the help of their salesperson Jordan. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and got us the right car for the right price to fit our needs. He kept in touch with us after we took our new car home to make sure everything is going well and went above and beyond to make the entire transaction easy, simple and quick. It’s our second time coming to this dealership and we’ll be back when this lease is up. If you need a new vehicle check out this place and ask for Jordan. I give it 10 gold stars.

I had the greatest car buying experience here and a breath of fresh air after a bad experience at a different dealership. Engell has got to be one of the most honest and hands down most professional salesmen I have ever encountered. He genuinely takes the time to handle your car buying experience at a personal level so that it fits your budget and your needs. I'm recommending him and this place to all my friends and relatives. If you're looking for the right place to go, you've found it.

i had a great experience here at Nissan in Paramus. Miguel and David are an awesome team and were very helpful in getting me the best deal I could get. The whole team is very welcoming and supportive and would highly recommend their services as I have been coming back for my second lease. Thank you all!!!
