This is now my 4th Honda lease, the first 3 being at a different dealership. Since then I had moved but also had a pretty lousy experience and decided to search elsewhere.

Came through DCH Paramus Honda and met Daniel back in December. Long story short, it was not the right time for me to switch out of my lease. Nonetheless, Daniel was great in keeping a soft communication about every 6-8 weeks to touch base and see if anything had changed. Nothing crazy, just a nice "Hello, how are you" type of thing.

Fast forward to this past week where we touched based via email and he already had notes from our previous meeting and a little back and forth, come this past Saturday morning and I am driving off in new 2017 Civic.

Daniel was awesome. Super personable, not at all pushy about selling any additional products or features, and very mindful of me as a customer and what I needed and wanted out of the car and my overall experience. What I appreciated the most was that he treated this entire process as a long-term thing and not something short-term. I don't know that I have ever walked out of a dealer and still have communications with them even months after an initial meeting.

I would highly recommend Daniel and DCH Paramus Honda to anyone on the market for a new or used vehicle.

We leased a new CR-V and had a wonderful experience. This was the second time we have leased from DCH. Our sales person Hamad helped us both times, answering all of our questions. He went over every detail of the vehicle before I left, making sure I was comfortable with the features. He even helped me sync my phone. Love the car and will definitely use DCH Paramus Honda in the future!

Great place to buy a car. No pressure,  No games, No hassle. They are very relaxed and you don't leave feeling like you lost. Currently getting an oil change, and they are always friendly and move at a decent rate. (Average an hour and 1/2)

Bought a Honda Pilot at DCH a couple weeks ago. Had a very positive experience. We dealt with a sale representative by the name of Alex Bernabe; he was very professional, honest, and helpful and he did a really thorough job of going through all of the vehicle functions and features when we picked up the vehicle.

If I can rate it with zero stars I would. Made an appointment last week for today at 9:30am for a 24 point inspection to check if anything would need to be performed or repaired on my vehicle. I saw a lot of customers coming in and out but I figured everyone had an appointment like me. Ended up waiting until 11:30 am, no one approached me, had to go up to the desk and ask if the inspection has been performed on my vehicle yet. I approached the gentlemen that checked me in, he told me yes and then said I needed front and rear brakes changed as well as wheel alignment. He quoted my repair $240 for front breaks, $240 rear breaks, and $60 for wheel alignment, for a total of $540 for my repairs. I Did not end up performing the repairs. Right after went to Advanced Auto Parts purchased Premium Ceramic front and rear brakes (premium quality) for $104.00 dollars, paying $60.00 for a mechanic to change them, and the alignment performed for $40.00. I ended up paying a total of $204.00 elsewhere. DCH Paramus Honda over charges, does not consider customers time, and does not give the best interests for it's customers.
