This jack in the box consistently terrible. Filthy inside and out with exceptionally poor service. I actually saw the employees smoking cigarettes  in the dining room one night while I was sitting in the drive through. I asked for the manager who told me they have to smoke inside because the back door locks at midnight. Reported the incident to corporate. Same manager still works there.

Unprofessional, to say the least, and ghetto doesn’t begin to describe this place today. Dirty tables first thing in the morning, lackluster service from a flat frowny face dude. The guys working there got a little too comfortable and were telling stories about girls, laughing and cussing up a storm...loudly. I had my 15 year old son with me and we were trying to relax only to have a frat house break out behind the counter. We heard so many F bombs, and this is coming from someone who curses like a sailor—though when I’m at work I can compose myself, like normal people should. At a customer oriented setting you should act accordingly while on the job and this type of behavior should not be tolerated, ever!

Orders are almost always messed up. Food quality is poor. Staff is generally rude most of the time.
