This Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers establishment is extremely hit or miss. As one of the go to fast food spots for my buddies and I, I am here several times a week. To start, the chicken is very inconsistent, not great but the sauce makes up for it. I often find myself very disappointed with the size of the chicken though. I have made too many trips where I was given four fingers smaller than my own finger. As for the bread, sometimes the bread will taste like home cooked heaven but sometimes it’s a tough eat. I believe the men and women in the back cooking this bread should take much more pride in their job as the “Texas toast” is one of canes signature items. Don’t even get me started on the fries, my fries go untouched more often that not as they are just not good to say the least. Although there have been other times where I am on the brink of walking back there and shaking the cooks hands with how delicious it is but this is very rare. The drive through is surprisingly extremely fast. I would say I spend an average of 9 minutes in the drive through but am often disappointed with the quality of the food as it seems to not stay fresh for very long. But my favorite part of this establishment has got to be their ice, their ice is second to none. It consistently makes me feel as I’m drinking Dr Pepper on crack while also keeping my drink very cold. Once I finish my drink I find the ice almost irresistible, just looking at makes me tip over my cup and pour those delicious ice cubes in to my mouth. Overall this canes isn’t amazing but it is definitely a little above average.
My son's absolute favorite place!! It's where we go after game days. Caniac Combo is the go to with an extra piece of Texas Toast!Food: 5/5
I have never had a bad experience at this Canes. The people there are nice. They have even opened the door/asked if I needed help while I was carrying an pick up order for me and my coworkers. Keep up the great work!Recommended dishesThe Box Combo - 4 Chicken Fingers, Cane's Sauce, Texas Toast, Three Finger Combo, Crinkle-Cut Fries
This used to be my favorite canes for years. Staff used to be so awesome and always get my order right always leaving me in a great mood. Now even the manager acts like you're a huge inconvenience for ordering food or going back inside to get what you paid for and laughing at you with line cooks.
Love the chicken and the coleslaw. They're dipping sauce is also very good. If you can get past all of the disrespectful teenagers in there , it'll be a good experience for all.Food: 5/5
This place is clean, and the food is great. I only give four stars, however, because I order a drink with no ice and I still get ice :/Food: 4/5
Can’t count chicken fingers … order six and get 5 … the real issue is the pet hair all over the cashiers shirt… management are you serious. Are you running a pet shop or a place to eat food
I should have checked this order but I was on my lunch . I ordered 5 naked tenders and a Coke Zero . $10 ! I specifically asked for Canes sauce as well . These tenders are as dry as the Mojave and to make matters worse …no sauce to even add just a smidge of moisture to dip into . Look closely , doesn’t even look they drained . Container is also full of grease . Shame on you canes !! If I could give zero stars for this I would !!!
First the price has just went through the roof. Than the chicken strips that we got were about half the size that they used to be. Normally it would full us up. Some of us we're still looking for more to eat.
The lobby was clean, and the staff was friendly. Restroom OK except for nearly overflowing trash. Now for the meal. I had the Caniac Combo for $16. I won't mince words. I'm not impressed at all! The 6 piece chicken fingers, while served hot, were very bland, even with the dipping sauce. No flavor at all! Also, the batter was tough and crunchy in spots. The crinkle cut fries were OK, but obviously were not produced in-house. They were probably Ore-Ida frozen fries. The cole slaw was served in a tiny container less than 2" in diameter. This in a $16 combo meal! The best thing was the garlic toast. It was excellent! Raising Cane's needs to offer a spicy version of its fingers, produce more sides in-house, and watch the quality. Chick-Fil-A is a much better value They offer tenders and spicy sauces, even KFC beats this place, with better tenders and potato wedges.
