It took 46 minutes from speaker to finally getting my old,  cold,  nasty food.  I don't think anyone working Friday night had the slightest idea what they were doing.  

I have given this awful location its last chance to improve its quality and service.  I will not return.

Horrible service, waited over 10 min to move forward in line. They obviously need  better employees and management at night

Its sad that grown ass people that work in fast food cant even get it right. I go there  to order breakfast on 3 different times and they never have it. 1st time i went they were out. 2nd time i went they they were cleaning the grills. but they were still serving burgers. makes no sence. 3rd time i went they were cleaning again and so o drove off and there were 4 mexacains sitting out side smoking cigs. they worked there. Its sad people cant get it right. I guess thats why they work there.

This is by far the worst Jacks ever!! Theres always something they mess up. They actually forgot the cheese on my jumbo jack. It's not like they make the food super fast either. They take forever to make it too. Absolutely nothing good and they have no intention of getting better. If you have to eat here, triple check your food.

This location has improved dramatically. Every custom order has been made correctly for some time now however the tacos were cold.
