I won't go back to this Sonic again. Went here after my sons baseball practice and pulled in at 8:28. I remember thinking "Good, order our food and get home before ". Hah!

First, I waited almost 8 minutes for someone to take my order. I gave her my son's order first, which I saw on the screen. I should note I was parked in front of the window to the inside. I could see the woman taking our order. After she took my sons, she didn't say a word. Instead she took off her headset and walked away. I had to press the red button and wait for another person to take my order, which took another 5 minutes. So I'm already at around 13 minutes before I can even give my order: a chili dog, 1 burger and 3 shakes (one for the wife too). By now it's 8:41. I was thinking "OK, he can eat on the way home and be done by 9:10, not too bad".

Oh no. At 9:00, I finally pressed the red button to find out what was going on. 19 minutes and still no food. I was told sorry, but they had a huge rush earlier and they're waiting on our shakes. I had to ask if we could at least get the food while we were waiting. They bring them out and my sons chili dog was now room temperature/barely warm. I had to ask to make another one. My burger was also warm but I could go home and heat it up, he needed to eat then.

Fibally, at almost 9:10, we get our shakes. If they had told me it would be 30 minutes for 3 shakes, I wouldn't have ordered them. I've had less waits at a sit down restaurant. I typically love that Sonic location since it's close to my house but that is the last time I'll be going to that location.

The slowest Sonic I've ever been to. I keep reminding myself not to go here... And every time I do I regret it. Whether it's someone taking forever to even take my order, or waiting 10-15 minutes for a single drink, this is a very poorly managed Sonic. I remember pulling up once and trying to get my order taken at 3 different stalls without any success. I finally went through the drive through window, where my order was finally taken and I received a melted shake. Word to the wise: avoid this Sonic!

Who doesn't love Sonic?  It's the best place to go for fountain drinks and they have the best ice in town!  Sometimes, especially when they have new employees drinks get messed up.  I was craving a orange slush float and the guy just couldn't get it!  I got a cream slush instead which is ok but not what I was asking for.  That is why they got a 4.

Worst sonic I have ever been to ordered food for my kids payed them with a 20$ dollar bill and they didn’t have change for a 20$ the car hop girl asked me if I could wait till they went to the bank and got change I said no that it was ridiculous for me to wait for change for so long I asked to talk to the manager and told her what my concern was and she didn’t do anything to help I told her I wanted her name and the corporate number. I will never be going back to this sonic ever again

Never come back again. 
I wait 20 mits for someone to take my order. 
And it take 15 more mits to get my order. It was only 2 slushes and and a small order ofcheese sticks. Really bad service.
