name John Oakley. This is the guy you want to see. Tell him I sent you and he will take right care of you. I bought a used car however he treated me as if I was buying a new car. He was with me every step of the way including after. All via text message! That's right he communiated through text which just made it so easy. Highly Recommend!!!

What poor customer service.  When I called to make my appointment for an oil change, I spoke with a man named Roy who asked my car make and then proceeded to quote me a price of $29.99; Roy also told me that a tire rotation would be an additional charge so I decided to forgo the tire rotation as I am able to do that on my own. 

After I waited close to an hour for the service to be completed, the woman at the counter gave me a bill for $59.99.  After I told her that Roy, who was sitting right next to her at the counter, quoted me a different price (half that price), she just simply said, "No. That's not right, your car takes 7 quarts of oil." To which I replied, "I stated my car make and model when I booked the appointment - why wasn't I told that I would be charged more for my car make/model?"  All she had to reply with is, "I don't know."  Roy looked at me and said, "I don't remember saying that price."   Neither employees ever apologized, or offered a solution to the false advertisement or poor customer service.  

Today, when I look on the Jack Maxton Chevrolet Quick Service website - there is a price quoted for an 8 quart oil change AND tire rotation AND multi-point inspection.  Needless to say, I was extended awful customer service for human error on the company's behalf, and over charged according to a verbal false advertisement from an employee, and from a false written advertisement displayed on the dealership's website itself.  

I will never be returning to Jack Maxton, will never buy a Chevrolet, and will never recommend either to a friend, family, or future alien.

Just waited 45 minutes for oil change and never even pulled my truck in.  I ended up leaving when a customer dropped his car off and they pulled his vehicle right in.  When I asked for my keys the lady at the desk said sorry you should make an appointment.  That would of been great information to give me when I got there.  Been using them for 15 years and bought my truck from Gary Won and never seen them have no communication.

I had a GREAT purchase experience with Jack Maxton, John Oakley (my sales rep) did a great job informing me about my options and Scott Collins worked really hard to get the terms as best as they could be. I am very satisfied and will do business with Jack Maxton again. Thanks!!

Jack Maxton is the best. Mike Figlestahler one of the salesmen is wonderful. He has and still does takes real great care of me. The whole staff is wonderful, it's like one big family and makes you feel like part of the family too. They worked hard to get me in the vehicle that I wanted and when it had a recall on the seatbelt they put me in a sweet SUV that I fell in love with too. I'm so happy that my boyfriend took me there because that's who he deals with too and he has nothing but nice things to say about them. Oh don't let me forget the free car washes. 😃😊😆😄😁🤗
