Great group of people here at Rader. Called in and spoke to them about a very specific vehicle they had on their lot. I explained that I was coming from Chicago and had a cash offer to bring it home with me. Unlike most dealers I’ve worked with in the past, they made me feel welcome from first phone contact. On top of that, when I asked them to hold it until I got there, where most dealers I’ve worked with have told me “it tends to be first come first serve” or “I can’t stop my salesmen from selling something, you just need to get here quick”. The staff at Rader told me, if I’m coming to get it, it will definitely be there. 

They seem to have looked over every angle of this vehicle. I took it for a test drive and immediately signed paperwork and paid the cash price (which we got to with very little negotiation). Hopped in and took delivery on my “new to me” 5.9 limited grand Cherokee. It drove like an absolute dream on a nearly 6.5 hour drive home. Thanks again Rader! My only gripe is your not closer to Chicago!

I always get good mechanical service here. I notice auto customers are well treated. This company believes in doing the right thing.

Rader Car Company is one of the oldest used car dealers in Columbus, it has been in business for close to fifty years. In this business if you are not honest with people you don't stay in business very long, to be around as long as Rader Car Company has, speaks highly of their honesty and integrity.

Have dealt with this company for years.
 truly a family company they do their best for you and not just because....... but because it's their family name.
 I've always been treated with respect and I've never had a problem with someone insulting my intelligence as a woman 
I think there are times that they done stuff for me even though they didn't have to.
