As a Chevy owner i think i was a little shocked & disappointed i took my colbolt in for 2 recalls they took care of them easily but i have a knocking in my motor so i was hoping or i guess thinking a good dealership would say hey Mr Blake while we were taking care of your recalls we noticed a knocking noise we think you should have that checked asap and got nothing even went back inside and talked to 2 different workers the only thing i got was you only brought it in for recalls. I don't know maybe my thinking is wrong i just thought a good Chevy dealer would have said something to the owner of a Chevy

They lied to me on 4 occasions when dealing with them. I will never come back to this dealership EVER again!!!! I would never even recommend this dealership to my worst friend!!!

Just bought my second brand new car from Jack Maxton. The experience was again enjoyable and I would highly recommend to anyone looking. Not only do I love my new Cruze, but I love being treated like a real person anytime I am at the dealership. Whether for service or sales, I always leave pleased and impressed. :)

P.S. I also purchased window tinting for my new ride and I ? the fact that my car will be picked up from me, tinted and brought back - It saves me the time and hassle of finding a ride to and from and taking a day off work. Awesome!!!!!!!!

I have been getting all my service through Jack Maxton and have been new truck shopping for some time now.  Every time I have been looking around Rich Miles has been there to patiently help me and give me good advice.  On Saturday March 24th I pulled the trigger and bought a new truck.  What a great experience.  As before Rich was great at taking his time while I picked what I wanted, once we made a decision the we started working the deal.  It was a no frills no BS kind of discussion and they gave me all the rebates and discounts that we could find.  After some friendly discussion I chose to purchase the truck.

This is when I met Paul Shoo, I was looking for a Bedliner and a cover for  the truck bed and Paul walked me through some options that I didn't even consider.  I can't wait to get my accessories installed.

After all was said and done and i was singing my paperwork I was amazed to see that Rich had pulled my old truck and my new truck right in front of the dealership so i could take my things out of my old truck and put them in my new truck.  He had the new truck detailed and cleaned up and everything was ready to go.  He took the time to move my plates over and getting everything ready for me to drive it off the lot with no Hassles.  He took all the time needed to walk me through all the features on the truck and make  sure I had everything I needed.

What a great experience through he whole process.  Thanks Jack Maxton you will see me again.

Jerry Flood was very professional and personable. We appreciated his knowledge about the Chevy Cruze, and was probably the most knowledgable salesman that we ever dealt with. He was very good to explain everything about the car and searched for what we wanted. We would give him a rating of excellent. We could tell he enjoys his work and meeting the needs of his customers.
