I had a leak in my shower that was somehow warping the floor outside the bathroom door. I called Jack Ward and Sons Plumbing on a Thursday, hoping they could get to me the next day. I talked to Traci, who informed my the were extremely busy and booked solid until the following week. HOWEVER, she worked her magic and was able to squeeze me in. Derek was professional, efficient, and knowledgable. I am extremely happy with the work he did and so thankful for Traci's help!

Jack Ward and Sons is our go to plumber. They also do great work and make sure to always take care of our plumbing issues. And at a fair price!

If I could leave zero stars I would. After arriving home from a 12 hour shift at work I noticed my pipes were frozen -zero water. Several failed attempts later to fix it ourselves I decided to make some calls to some local plumbers. I called around 630pm  was told someone would be out the fix the problem in 3 hours as he had 2-3 other jobs before me. I was told the charge was $175 per hour with a $45 service charge. I was so desperate to get this fixed I agreed and said I would wait. 11pm roles around and still no call. Called the guy back and was promised 1 more hour, max. Midnight roles around and still no call to let us know they are on he way. After 6 hours of waiting I finally gave up because I have to be up for work at 530 am and needed some sleep, but was sure to keep my phone on loud Incase he was to call. No further contact was made from him. I understand this is a busy time, but please don’t promise that you will show and then don’t. I could have made other plans for me, my family and my pets.

Called on 10/19/2017 because I had a pipe burst under my house.  The staff at Jack Ward & Sons worked me into their schedule as they were booked up for the day.  They arrived at my house at 4:30 pm and fixed the issue for a great price.  All the other plumbing companies large and small could not come out and service the issue the same day.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.
