Great selection, excellent staff, excellent experience! I needed to exchange a pair of boots and they made it painless. 10/10, would recommend.

The store wants to create an adventurous vibe, however, it fails in giving the shopper a good experience. The boots, shoes and apparel are nevertheless top notch and indispensable for spending a lot of time outdoor in the cold.

Don't expect these people to know what they are talking about and don't expect them to stand by their return policy.  They sold my husband a totally inappropriate pair of boots, and when we went to return them within the return period they refused.  The manager acknowledged that they SHOULD return them, but the way their computers are set up they were unable to.

Very crowded and busy, but the staff were still polite and helpful with no hint of an attitude.  I ended up buying and will come back.
