I had a groupon for a 60 minute massage. I called to set up my appointment I got it for the same day. My massage was done by Nick. He was absolutely amazing. I was so tense when I went in. I came out feeling amazing. Nick was awesome very professional and really made me feel relaxed.

I am a long time client who usually gets my hair done, today was not a good day since the stylist usually sets the price base on what you have done and give it to Jana, however, Jana decided to up my price by 20 bucks than my regular amount I was invoiced by my stylist , this was not very nice and appears that Janna only cares about the money. The sad thing about it was I saw when she changed the price given by my stylist on the invoice. I will not be going back here! The staff is nice but not the owner , very unprofessional service. 
Also, a little girl had a few basic braids done , the stylist told the mom 45 bucks but Jana told the mom 55 bucks . What kind of business is she running here!  I GIVE IT A 2 RATING just because the staff is so nice .

This place is like a sweat shop no stylist ever stays here, owner is rude and hires unprofessionals to do hair .

Know that if you are buying a Groupon for this place, it is not valid for the paid value after expiration.  While Groupon policies say that after expiration, the coupon will still be valid for the amount that was paid, this sneaky place charges a $35 "expired groupon fee," pretty much making the coupon invalid.  I was waiting until later in my pregnancy, when I was experiencing more pain, to redeem the coupon, as NOTHING in the "Fine Print" mentions this fee.  I am not going to even use it now.

I bought a Groupon for a 60 min massage after calling and asking if I could use it for a prenatal massage. I was told I could but it would be an additional $20 (which was odd bc it's only $6 more on their menu but I thought it was worth it for a decent prenatal- which is hard to find). The "salon and spa" is more of a salon with a back closet used for massages. My massage was terrible. The massuese seemed rushed and wasnt fluid at all. Didn't feel at all like a professional massage. On top of it, I had to explain that I couldn't lay on my stomach or flat on my back (hence why I'm paying extra for a prenatal) and how I would need to be massaged. I asked for extra pillows and I wasn't given any. The oil he used on me smelled terrible like some kind of cooking oil- I cancelled my plans  for the afternoon bc I wanted to  go home and shower off the smell. Over all terrible exprience. I left less relaxed than when I arrived. Would not go back and recommend no one book a massage there.

Horrible. Client beware, if you don't see a price list don't expect consistent pricing for service.
While in the salon I was quoted one price from a license cosmetologist by her manager over the phone for a full set of gel nails. The quoted was not unusual  because I know others pays that amount elsewhere.  At the end of my service a ticket was written for $50 plus $14 for Polish something I never request or received.  Wtf not when I was given the quote for $27 full set  and $16 for polish. The manager was  rude and insisted that I pay the different amount that was never quoted. Since I want to pay that amount she felt the need to call the police. The police agreed with owner asking me did I receive something in writing for my quote I said to him do you see a price list. Who would have thought on my day of pampering would end up like this. Thanks Janna I would never come to salon/spa of HELL again. I wish the stylist luck to leave you and move on.
