My mother joined this gym on Monday. The PT Kaleb did his assessment that they are supposed to do for all paying customers. Kaleb offered to be her PT. Upon refusal due to the fact that it would cost her $160 a month, Kaleb decided he did not want to show her around the equipment. Which is something else they are supposed to do for paying customers right after signing up. My mother is a 54 year old woman. Which means she is not familiar with the current equipment in the gym. It would have been nice to be able to speak to a manager but the only one there was in fact the PT Kaleb who is a personal training club manager. If i could give zero stars i would. I am extremely disappointed with this company.

Pretty fantastic gym. Well maintained, and TONS of machines and free weights. I go in the early morning, so there's not that much traffic. It gets crazy around the late afternoon though

Gorgeous gym so much more aesthetically pleasing than the competition lots of big windows which is really important to me great price two downsides are there are only three lanes in the lap pool and they close at eight on weekends I really wish they'd keep reg hrs then but I guess you can't always get everything otherwise it's really nice and all new and clean I love this gym!!! They've got multiple machines for every muscle group and tons of equipment overall and it's all awesome! I'm so pleased with the atmosphere and the ambience!

There are no cool down/stretching areas in this gym, which is quite annoying. The best you could do is go into the group fitness room if it's not in use. As a yoga enthusiast, this causes me to rate this gym mediocre at best.

Great gym with new and up to date state of the art equipment. Swimming pool.
