The staff are very friendly and they are skilled nail technicians. Sometimes the wait is too long. They do allow appointments. Prices are reasonable.

I had 2 great manicures from Metro till today. I went to get my usual, a gel french manicure. I had a new person I hadn't seen before do my nails. This manicure was TERRIBLE! The natural whites of my nails were not covered completely, no base coat was applied, black fabric fibers and small pieces of hair were embedded into the polish, hang nails were left and my gel was taken off by soaking my fingers in pure acetone and a drill applied to my nails 5 times all around. I went back later in the day and asked for a refund as I was NOT happy with my manicure AT ALL. They said they could not do a refund so I left and will not be returning ever again.

I had 5 different nail spots when i first moved to Owings Mills, just trying to find that perfect spot, well I found it!! Been going since they opened. Every one is friendly and sweet! doesn't matter who you se, you'll walk out looking fabulous!

Okay. This place was wild. Don't make an appointment. I went in with a friend of mine and I got taken after maybe 10-15 minutes of waiting. I decided to go with regular nail polish instead of gel. They make you pay $5 extra dollars in order to remove gel polish. My nails look okay I suppose. But the guy who was doing my nails checked his phone while the acrylic was drying in an unnatural position, so one of my nails look crooked and misshapen. It was unprofessional. Then there was another lady who was really rude to another customer who was just trying to ask a question about her nails. She screamed "Just let me do it! You don't know, so just let me do it!" It was quite rude. Then there was a girl with a Hijab who walked in with her friend and was just hanging out while she was getting her nails done. But the rude lady who yelled at the customer  before kept watching her strangely and being weird towards her. Very obvious and blatant islamophobia. Don't know if I will be going back. Very uncomfortable.

Took a while to get greeted. They saw me walk in.
Then one of the technicians finally asked what I needed and got started. I wish I knew her name but she didn't have a name tag, because she did a great job! She was sweet and took her time. She made sure my nails were looking good after each coat. 
She's looks the youngest out of all of them in there.
