I thought they got paid commission on sales...Now I'm thinking they get paid more on running credit applications.. Highly disappointed. Got approved for 9k then was told the piece I was looking at could not be financed unless they raised the price..yea no thanks. I could have just paid cash!! Which is what I wanted to do to begin with but they made financing sound fantastic. Turns out it's not lol. Anyways no sale, just a waste of time. Thanks Jared!!!

Purchased  3 rings with them and financed with 0% for 12 months.  Fast forward 11.5 months and Jared's financing switches from their own in-house to Comenity Bank.  They delete all auto-payments and I miss my last auto payment and I'm charged $287.05 in interest.  I don't find out until 17 days later when I get a bill saying such.  Called customer service and "there is nothing we can do, we sent out mail saying auto-payments stopped" even though I had signed up for paperless.  I payed my remaining balance and closed my account permanently.  I will never buy from Jared again after this.  $287 would have been cheap to keep me happy now that I'm never going to recommend people purchase there and I'll tell them my horror story about finance.

Thanks Jared, hope $287 was worth it.

I've been in this store many times and have always been treated extremely well. I bought jewelry, I brought my jewelry in to be cleaned, I've come in for appraisals  and I've always been given 1st class service.

Let me first start out by saying that my experience I had while shopping for an engagement ring was a NIGHTMARE I was losing all hope and even considered putting the proposal on the back burner for a while! I was after a specific style of ring and I was also having trouble finding an Emerald cut diamond. It needed to be perfect. And I just wasn't having any luck. Until I went to Jared's and met Sarah. She instantly made me feel welcome and answered ALL of my questions without getting frustrated or aggravated with me which seems to be common in most jewelry stores. She took her time and put me at ease. We sat down and picked out the most beautiful setting together and she helped me find the PERFECT diamond! The ring was STUNNING! Everyone at Jared's is so nice! And although the store is full of gorgeous jewelery, Sarah is the real Gem! I will definitely back in the near future and send all of my friends and family along the way!!

Worst place in the world, they deserve 0 stars no 1, they treat us like burglars, my fiancé and me were just looking for a matching band for my engagement ring and they didn't even make an effort to show us what we want, they want to sell us what they want, and the service was terrible, to rude, even if i love a band there, im not buying it for any reason in this world just because of her attitude, woman you need to learn how to treat people or get another job.
