Donna helped my fiancé pick out my engagement ring and did an amazing job! I absolutely love it! We had to come to the store for having problems with the Kay Jewelers credit card but Shannon did a great job of helping us out with that. Shannon is so nice and hilarious. I'm very happy this is the location he decided to go to. I would absolutely recommend this location to everyone.

What can I say! Melissa and Shannon were absolutely amazing! I am newly engaged and went into this location to have my ring sized.  My fiance and I decided to exchange my engagement ring and band for a larger one.  Melissa's patience with me and Shannon' s knowledge of her storexs inventory,  the color,  cut and clarity of the diamonds and expedient customer service were refreshing.  These ladies went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs (and my wants) were met! I highly recommend this location and these ladies to anyone shopping for jewelry! I will be back soon!

Shannon and Melissa were wonderful, professional and very helpful. I highly recommend shopping Kay Jewelery Vernon Hills! You two deserve a raise. I will definitely be back. I came for one present for my niece and wound up buying two rings for 2 nieces.❣️Can't thank you girls enough!

Shannon is amazing!  My fiancé bought my ring here and we returned in to look for wedding bands in March. We found my matching band and then found the right ring for the groom.  Shannon called in April and left messag me to say there was a sale but I missed he message.  Then, luckily we got another coupon in the mail, came in and Shannon remembered us, knew the exact rings we wanted and worked with us on the purchase, sizing and financing to save us $$$$.  We won’t go anywhere else!  Thank you Shannon and Kay Jewelers!

Went in with no idea what wedding ring I wanted...Sales associate Marina came to our rescue and made our life amazing!!!!!!! Shannon was a straight wizard and gave me life. We Highly recommend anyone come to this Kay jewelers. Thank you best rings ever!!! 🤗💕💍
