Was looking for a particular charm and out of all the jewelry store I stopped at they were the only one that pulled out their special order books. We'll, the lady that helped me showed me one book, but I didn't like the options available. She then walked away because apparently the assistance was done. I was looking at other items in the case when one of the guys started to help me. That's when they pulled out another book and found exactly what I was looking for. I placed the order and paid for special modifications to the ring so it would fit on a larger chain. I received a call saying the charm was available for pickup. I went over my lunch break to pick it up, but they didn't do the modification. I was miffed since it's getting close to Christmas. I was told it would be done on Wednesday, so I stopped back on Thursday and it was still in the jewelers drawer. It hadn't even been touched. They didn't know when it would be ready, so I got a refund for the modification work. Unfortunately that left me with a gift that wouldn't work with the necklace. They did help me find the charm so that is the only reason they are getting 2 stars vs the 1 I was going to give. I will not purchase any other jewelry from them.
