We had such a great experience with Sasha and her staff! She was extremely knowledgeable about her jewelry, and helped me match my engagement ring with a beautiful wedding band! We came up from the city and found beautiful wedding bands for much better prices than the in city. I highly recommend this Sasha and her team!

It's hard if not impossible to say anything that hasn't been said by other reviewers. My entire family is loving every piece of jewelry we own from them as a gift to each other or simple holiday buy!

Generally, jewelry has a certain price point, but I feel that Zfine's is the most competitive with other jewelers in the area that do not offer as high a level of personal service and attention to detail. We were shown items within our budget and never felt that we were being up-sold or pressured to buy something out of our stated price range.

My impression is that the staff(Valentina, Natasha and more) and owners(Alexandra and Emil)  at Zfine's is very much dedicated to excellent customer service- when we have had occasion to visit, they have treated us like friends and valued customers.

We have found that it is always a pleasure to stop into Zfine's at any time. Please do take the time to visit- I am sure you will be impressed as I am for 10 plus years they serve me!

Staff are professional, jewelry is BEAUTIFUL, and I especially like that they have a jeweler right there in the store who can resize and customize jewelry - you can watch the jeweler at work!

I recently purchased my fiances wedding band from Sasha. I was very impressed with her attention to detail and the variety of rings she had to offer. I will definitely return to buy more jewelry from her in the future.

Never deal with this guys! Russian style business. Nice when selling and rude while trying to return the item. The answer for "are you going to loose a returning client who spent thousands here for $200 item?" was "we will loose you and get 100 another clients who pass by mall". They don't care about each single client.
