The worst customer service that I have ever received. I visited this store at least 3 times & each experience was worse than the previous. I do not recommend this store or any other Jared.

I wish that i read their reviews before deciding to go there. My experience matches with most reviews stating horrible customer experience. On top of it, their jewelry is also sub-standard. I bought a diamond necklace for my wife. The diamonds are of such poor quality that they look like rocks. We took it back to them and rest you can guess from my 1 star review. Nobody stood behind the quality of it.. talked to the so-called General Manager of the store.. she was worst. My worst jewelry purchase so far.. thousands of dollars down the drain. Forget about this store, i will not go to Jared in all ever.
Please don't go there and save yourself the trouble.

My boyfriend and I went in yesterday the staff was not helpful at all. We even asked for help and was directed to a person that didn't even look up to acknowledge our presence. I was very hurt not only how the staff treated us but also at how my boyfriend was hurt because he really wanted to do something special for me for Christmas. I seen what I wanted but couldn't even get anybody to get it for me. After just standing there for 10 minutes we decided to just leave I wouldn't dare spend our hard earned money there and to see the commercials turn my stomach after this hurtful experience.

Honestly, I have never been so displeased with how I was treated at a store before. Everything about it was horrible! They only care about making money for themselves and not about the customer. Yes, just because I was not in my late 30s doesn't mean that gives them the right to think the me being there is a joke. I had full intentions of buying from them but now I don't want anything to do with them! Horrible. Straight up horrible!  Customer service rushes you into buying you a ring and not giving you the time to even ask questions. If I can give this review 0/5 stars I would. I do not recommend jared jewelry .
