Natalina and the team at Schwarzschild are wonderful to buy from. In my experience, they have all been incredibly knowledgeable about their products, provide the right amount information regarding each piece, and genuinely want to provide you with the best item for what you are looking for. Every time I come in, be it for a purchase, browsing, or any form of maintenance, the staff is always professional, engaging, and provides a pleasant experience that makes me actually want to come back instead of the more traditional pushing sales people. What I also like is that this store has the ‘Estate Collection’ which consists of previously worn items that are available for discounted prices, which can mean some great deals. All in all, each my purchases have been fantastic and I look forward to purchasing from the team here again in the future.

Danny Crenshaw was very helpful when I needed to get jewelry appraised for insurance purposes. He explained the process and cost and helped me make the decision to have it done at his store. I made several visits for multiple appraisals and each time he was responsive. He was never pushy which is important to me. However, he did encourage me to look around. I actually made a ring purchase that I never thought I would do. I love the ring! Not sure I would have purchased it if he would not have been so understanding and informative.

In all of my experiences with Schwarzschild's I have dealt exclusively with Natalina. She has been great! I have purchased a watch, engagement ring and wedding band at the store. She has been very helpful and friendly over the years I have made those purchases. She has always made my wife and myself feel comfortable through the looking/buying process and there has never been any pressure on buying anything. The store is great and the staff have always been helpful and friendly. She will definitely be who I call next time I am jewelry shopping!

I’m so glad I went to Schwarzschild to have my wedding rings redesigned. Worked with Natalina Klus who was personable, very knowledgeable, informative and extremely helpful. Natalina took the time to research the best custom designers and stayed within my budget. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my rings were designed by the best. My rings are so beautiful. Thank you Schwarzschild and Natalina you were a joy to work with.

Having my own personal consultant in Natalina has proven to be a wonderful learning experience for me. She counsels and doesn't sell, guiding the slightly jewelry challanged types such as myself, taking time to explain the delicate intricacies and deviations between pieces so that a intelligent buying decision is made and yields the desired result...a huge smile and hug from my girlfriend every time. Natalina has been and shall always be the only person I trust to adorn my sweethearts hand, neck and wrists.. she is a true professional.
