Bob and Jamie are my two favorite sales associates. They were very helpful with my order. I wanted a personalized name plate necklace in white gold. They ordered the necklace for me and had me to review the order before they submitted it. The order was just right and they gave me papers as a copy/proof. My order finally arrived and low and behold it was yellow gold. I went back to the store and I saw Bob and he asked me how was my day. I had to tell him not so good because my order came back wrong. He said did I do something wrong. I pulled out my paper and said no you did everything right. He and Jamie looked at the necklace and they got on the phone made a few calls and they sent the necklace back and now I have what I actually wanted. Kudos to Bob and Jamie they are amazing and pleasant. I look for them whenever I go to Reeds. Thanks guys for a job well done!

Jody is awesome! I went in to exchange a Pandora bracelet & she not only exchanged my it but cleaned my original bracelet & gave me some addl ideas on how to distribute my charms. Thank you for your assistance & Happy New Year!

WOW!  I have so many fond memories of REEDS in Wilmington, N.C  Growing up there.  My dad, Cecil Horne,  would tell me stories of him and Mr. Zimmer sitting on the curb outside the store there on Front Street. Dad would call him "old man Zimmer", I think that was a indication then of respect and of a person being very approachable and down to earth...like my dad.   I opened my first credit card there, bought my moms mothers ring and a pair of white gold ball earrings.  There was a watch repairman there at all times and they could fix your jewelry on the spot.  I can see Mr Zimmer greeting folks at the door.  The employees at the Colonial Heights store here in Virginia were very kind and helpful and were delighted at my story.

I have been buying my jewelry from Bob at Reed's Jewelry for over 9yrs. now, from wedding rings to class rings for my kids, they are always great and tonight proved themselves superb once again, thanks to Bob and Lalita , I am a very happy customer! Thanks again, I highly recommend this store and employees,  Elizabeth has helped me in the past too:)

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Kim in corporate support. I had ordered a ring that was out of stock in the right size. Unfortunately, I wasn't informed that there was a problem until a week later. Kim went above and beyond to find the ring and had it shipped overnight free of charge. She did a fantastic job making it right and my husband loves his new ring.
