Byron and service did such an amazing job I'm always so impressed with Jay Wolfe Honda. I went in to get my car diagnosed to see what was wrong with it and not only did they Dyke diagnosis it Byron specifically explained everything that was wrong with it and what I could do to fix it.. not only that they have an awesome Lounge that they'll feed you all kinds of stuff and they had a shuttle cuz my son had a doctor's appointment and I don't live up in the city so they took me to my doctor's appointment and came and pick me up.. and also Chris Allen did a great job explaining the other cars to me..

I recently traded my 2017 vehicle in for a 2014 Accord Coupe that was in no form to be sold at that time. Working with Patrick Strang made the process incredibly easy... There was no pressure, he kept me updated on the progress of the car repairs (including pictures!), and assured me it'd be certified and like-new when I picked it up. He was right, I absolutely love this car. My entire experience was positive, even the dreaded financing, and I will gladly recommend Jay Wolfe to family and friends.

Had scheduled appointment which made regular maintenance on my 2012 Honda Accord quick and simple.  I waited in the customer lounge which was clean , relaxing atmosphere with complimentary refreshments. Adam , Service Advisor was nice and polite . He went over details of my car .  Since I'm new in town, I plan to use this business for service maintenance.

After visiting multiple dealerships, it’s apparent Jay Wolfe is in a class of its own for customer service. Chris was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, and a great problem solver. I truly felt he and Jim did everything possible to get me the best value for my trade and lowest price on a new Civic. If you’re looking for respectful, transparent, no pressure sales people who will get you the most value for you car, visit Jay Wolfe. They changed the car buying experience for me. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Thank you!
