Absolutely horrible. I’ve called about getting my I button reprogrammed. The lady who answered the phone didn’t even know what the I button was?? You work here but don’t know the main button to operate the features. Then she proceeded to send me to a department that never answers the phone and wants you to leave a message. After my 3rd attempt. I left a message and got no call back. I called today and explained and she sends me to another guy who also didn’t answer the phone. I’m sorry am I calling Mercedes? Sure can’t tell by the customer service. Feels like I’m calling a car lot that’s in the middle of the inner city. Definitely find another Mercedes dealer.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Would advise getting your car elsewhere, anywhere but here. We purchased a used Toyota Sequoia nearly two months ago. We were told by the sales associate that it included the remote for the entertainment system and headphones. Upon signing documents for purchase, we were then informed that headphones were not included but decided to go ahead with the purchase. We thought the remote was in the vehicle but realized upon getting home that it was not. Irate with the cluelessness of their personnel we informed them that it wasn't. They attempted to get a remote for us (nearly 2 months now), we have yet to receive one. After dealing with the sales associate for 2 months to empty promises "we're expecting this any day now", I emailed the Gen Mgr one week ago with no response. The entertainment system does NOT function without a remote. Would have been happy to purchase one if they had been upfront and honest. Apparently, they ordered the wrong one the first time and now they can't even track a package because the sales assoc isn't privy to the tracking number?! At this point I would be more than happy for them to refund our purchase price, reimburse the tax & license fees we already paid and they can have the car back. I'll won't even ask for reimbursement for the money we paid to have the vehicle recently serviced. I am even happier that I was no longer interested in purchasing a GLS otherwise I'd be stuck with them. The most dishonest, clueless and disorganized dealership I've ever step foot in! Would NEVER recommend!

Worst experience of getting Mercedes. Owned Mercedes for 3 years. Try to trade in my current lease for a GLS450. Scott Sweat is the sales person. Agreed deal on the phone. It also took me 2 hours to drive there. When I got there, as soon as they saw I am Asian, they said I have to Finance or lease the car through Mercedes because this vehicle has a high chance to be exported. Did not even give me a chance to look at the vehicle. Management did not come out to explain why I have to finance through them either. I was already upset and left. Contacted him back the next day saying I want to lease the vehicle, and asked for a price quote on that. Below is Scott's reply: Kris, I can't help you at this point. You could go to your local dealer and see if they can locate one for you. They should be get one or trade for one soon. Feel extremely prejudged and discriminated by this dealership. This is not what Mercedes promised about a delightful service at all. Not even close.

Costumer service was amazing from the second we walked onto the lot. Omid was very knowledgable, brought up points we would have never thought to even think of, knew the options on every car, let me go back and forth on which vehicle I wanted. Never ever felt pressured. The whole dealership took care of us and made us feel very welcomed, my daughter had a snack at all times! Fernando was awesome and made the paperwork process easy. Also, Jesse was great making sure we knew all about our Mercedes before driving away! Omid will continue to have our business in the future, thank you all for the great customer service.

Checked our Sprinter & gave a diagnosis fairly quick. Miles our great service guy was personably warm on a frigid day of cross country travel.
