I'm last minute shopping for a Mother of the Bride dress for my daughter's wedding in 2 weeks.  I've lost 20 pounds and tried on a million dresses in a million sizes.  This is my 3rd JCPenney in 2 days for my size in a particular dress. The sweetest girl named  Risses helped me out by calling other stores,  checking everywhere in this store and finally ordering the dress for me.  She handled herself with the highest customer service I've seen in a long time.

Wish there were more choices in the Mens big and tall section.  My cashier was Carol.  She has been with the Company for a long time and she is the sweetest and most personable associate.

This place is ok.  You have to catch the sells. But other than that they are pretty good.

A month ago I tried to exchange a $60 dollar pair of jeans for a different size without a receipt. They returned the larger size and gave me a $.99 return value on the jeans. I asked to speak to a manager before they exchanged them evenly for a different size. I recently tried to exchange three different Stanford button shirts valued at $60 each for store credit to purchase other items. The store associate said they would only offer me pennies on the dollar spent on what they where worth. When asked, he would not even tell me what the exchange was worth. I took the shirts and left. I tried to look up the exchange policy on line, and could not find it documented. Could Jc pennies please provide this, as it seems to be a convenient way to to scam their customers.

50% off Clearance, my chocolate bar had an additional 30% off and I used my $10 reward. Bought Nike tennis shoes regular $89.00 for $28.00!!
