It's sad to see how that mall has came from the best mall to shop at to the dumpiest mall to go to. That is sad it breaks my heart. Will be glad when the y close that mall and tear it down and build something else in its place. Maybe it won't be so scary to go to then.  And maybe it will be busy once again.

This store is closing soon so this review is somewhat academic. However, one of the reasons the store is closing is due to the corporate business philosophies and pricing. This particular store does have friendly and helpful Associates.

I am not surprised this location is closing for good. They are using the common scam of rising the price tags of items and claiming they're on "clearance". Sad.

Customer service is limited to the registers so the college kids I saw a moment ago had a bag of stuff when he beeped and the door and kept walking. Sad.

Sad that penny's a ND the other s toes in east town  mall a re closing soon. We don't ever on line shop so will have to shop when we travel out of st a te.
East town mall in knoxville, tn.  Is 75 percent un occupied.
