LADIES.... how many times do you go into search for under garments especially bras, etc.  and get so frustrated because there’s no one there to help you?! Suzee Cutler  at Dillards West town is amazing! She truly is a professional certified fitter and will help you with any undergarments needs you may have !

There is a hidden bathroom here, so quiet it's like no one knew it was there.  The only stall was large, and had it's own sink and Power outlet!  Sooooo handy!  I love the marble tiles everywhere, it is a very nice touch!  Products look high quality.

Went for a wedding dress.  Ladies we're very helpful.  Good clearance deals.  Just didn't have my size in any of the dresses I chose. Had to order a bigger size and they charge $8.50 more to ship.  Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

I bought a pair of shoes here and got them home and realized they were 2 different sizes. Wouldn't be that big of a deal if it wasn't a 2 hour drive. Called Dillard's at west town mall to see if they could hold the other shoe I needed so someone else wouldn't go home with 2 different size shoes too and the employee said he would "keep an eye out for them". The workers the day I purchased them were also very unfriendly.

This lady named Lindsey was so helpful and nice today! I looked like a princess after she bedazzled me with Chanel makeup! I will definetely be coming back!
