Poor selection of men's short sleeve dress shirts. Two clerks no help at all .the one male clerks keep referring to me as man like he was hip or something. I am 68 years old no professional clerk .Who trains your help.

I went to JcPenny to pick out a mattress and then have it delivered. This was on Nov. 24th and today is Dec 19th and still haven't received it. I was told it would take a week. That clearly isn't true. My advice is do not give this company business.  There are to many good stores that can deliver on time and even the next day. JcPenny will never get another dime from me as long as I live. Btw... waited on hold for over a hour then got disconnected... I'm done with JcPenny

OMG what great deals! Got 1/2 price then 75% off the lowest price. Got shirts for $1.40 and jeans for $6.00
