Sales associates have always been  friendly and helpful.  Prices are afforfable, of course, with a few exceptions, like the socks and underwear that are a bit pricey, but overall Is comparable to other dept. stores. Returns are very stress free, which is awesome! I also love me some Kohl's cash!

Great selection of items. Quality is pretty good and prices are decent too. Staff is very nice. Returns are very easy to do.

Store is clean, and employees are very friendly & helpful. My only complaint is that the air conditioner doesn't work well. I didn't spend as much time as I, normally, would've because it was too hot.

Everything too expensive. Needed underware for husband, 2 pairs were $30. Unreal. Have shopped at Khols for a long time. Very disapointed.
