I have been a platinum member for the Macy's credit card for quite some time (which means I spend a lot of time and money there). Thanks to their B.S. return policy, and an awfully rude manager named Kelly Nelson, I will NEVER shop there again. I purchased a 250$ coat from them this winter and it ripped very quickly from normal use. They state online they accept returns within 180 days for "customer satisfaction" yet they refused to accept my return since it "had been worn" even with the receipt. Apparently, it is normal for a very expensive coat to last a couple months or less before it starts to rip apart at the seams and tear. THAT, my friends, is the quality of product that Macy's offers and wants you to know them for. The manager, Kelly, was beyond rude to me. I work in customer service and retail and I would never treat a loyal, paying customer like that. Or ANY customer, for that matter. Macy's has officially lost my business. Can't wait to pay my credit off and shut it down. **"MACY'S! PAY WAY MORE, GET WAY LESS"**

This was the place! Found a great shirt for Christmas Eve at church at the Westside, I will be a greeter at 3 services today and I am going to look casual which is me all the way, oh and may mention a beautiful lady named Ava I believe help me find it! ❤🎄

This Macy's is ALWAYS out if stock in the beauty department. The shelves are empty all the time. Poor management. That should never happen.

Macy's is horrible. Cancel your Macy's credit card before you get burned!Their credit card is at 26% interest and they are very clever in their billing practices. They are out to generate late fees to make up for the fact that they are going broke and closing stores. Do not trust what they say.Their customer service stinks, I repeat STINKS!. Google "I hate Macy's" and read about other Macy's horror stories.

Awesome service,very pleased, Zane was very polite,professional and extremely helpful.They did not have the size of pants I needed so they had them shipped to my house at no additional charge.They also honored all my mothers coupons and were very patient in dealing with them,thanks again Zane.
