There's a wide selection of shoes/styles. The store can get busy at times.

I went over to this location because I needed to return a pair of shoes.
I waited over 20 min. for a manager to come outside and meanwhile 4-5 diff. associates were reviewing the shoes I brought in. No one spoke or greeted me and continued to talk about the shoes I brought in. They assumed I wore the shoes and wanted to return them. Big mistake because I never wore the shoes.  The customer service was too rude and the only perosn w/respect was a young woman w/Curly hair; Forgot her name. The store near Vermont and Imperial just lies becuase they say they dont accept returns and clearly do. I bought the shoes in Carson, their Customer Service was Awesome, however because I was given the run around, I will not be a returning customer.
