Terrible service. Asked if they had a size for a particular shoe, and a guy said he would check for me. He went to the back and I waited about 5 min and no one helped me. I saw him return to the floor with no shoes, he began helping other customers. He looked in my direction plenty of times and acted as if I wasnt there. Totally unprofessional. Another employee came to address me and I voiced my concerns. I will never return to this location again.

The manager with blue hair is an absolute idiot!! I bought a pair of shoes while I was outta town and I could not fit the box in my suitcase. I wanted to return them bc they were a little too small and just didn't fit right. Before I even went to the store I called to see if I could return them without the box, the girl said it was fine as long as I had my original receipt & never wore them. I go into the store and told her I was returning and before she even looked at the shoes she said she needed the box! I was so pissed off! Why wouldn't you have told me that on the phone when I called?? I told her that I spoke to someone and she was like oh Yea it was me but I'm not going to return the shoes, sorry. Okay cool but don't tell me on the phone it's fine and then when I come in you switch up! That's so frustrating and not how you run a business. I don't know who gave her a management position but they should really consider who they promote. Do you really want a out of shape, rude, unhelpful person in charge of there store??? I will NEVER return to any finish line to buy ANY shoes!!!

Guy name mayo helped me my credit card was giving me trouble then it was me I put wrong pass he was very patient then business went well

Darrin is the worst manager ever.... I came for refund and he didn't help us at all.. saying that we need to come another day... Please replace this guy immediately

Darrin is a great manger, really cool guy... But some of the male employees I've encountered there lack common sense and/or good customer service. Luis is the worst. Hung up on me while asking a question. I'll leave 2 stars because of Darrin. Otherwise, I'd leave none.
