JCPenny always has the tennis shoes our granddaughter loves but because the coupon we had does not count towards a national brand product we only received the store discount. We are on a fixed income and the additional 20% off my wife had would have really helped.

Horrible! We bought2 pair of shoes and one pair fell apart after a week and we did not have our receipt and wouldn't even gice us store credit!!! I understand there is a lot of scamming going on...but at least give us store credit....we sisnt want or even need money!!! Just a pair of shoes that didn't fall apart!!!!!we will never shop their again!!!!!!!!

I called several times today and was hung up on EVERY SINGLE TIME.  I spoke to Kaleb (online orders) was placed on hold, then hung up on.  I called back and pressed 4 for the women's department and was hung up on AGAIN.  I called the 800 number, spoke to Kevin who patched me through to the Pueblo mall store (again) and I spoke to Mick who was going to transfer me, but was hung up on AGAIN!  You lost a customer, folks.

Let's set aside the obvious "inconvenience" of a customer asking for help (not like that's your job), but how dare this company allow an employee to look at a customer and rudely state "well you're NOT a petite". (Size 7 and didn't ASK for petite!) Your company should be ashamed. Good to know JCP has a one track mind for beauty. This location just lost you a customer for good.
