So I visited today to ask if they have I phone 7 different color, the girl told me they have only black color which I was fine with the response however I asked her if another close store have different colors she reponded very rude kinda let it go instead of helping with smile face. I am not sure if she was busy doing something else try to go home but she was not professional which I was fine if she responds with smile face. She needs to learn how to trear the customer.

Update 6/24/17 - the corporate and local AZ management resolved this issue to my satisfaction. The WORST company ever! I received a gift purchased at this store of Beats SOLO3 Headphones from a relative. He lives 5 hours away and left the original receipt. He bought them with a debit card = same as cash! We took in the Headphones, completely unopened and brand new. The store refuses to refund the money. The store refuses to exchange the merchandise for equal value. The store refuses to provide a gift card for the return. We can't send them to the brother to return because you have to return to the Original store, but they refuse to do anything! MONEY goes 1 way at this store...don't shop here!

Very unprofessional children working here. I literally asked how long I have to keep the extra line on the account that I have to get in order to take advantage of the Galaxy S 8 BOGO offer and the child working there said well just because I asked that question he was not going to sell me the phones. I told him he was ridiculous and he started acting like a tough guy saying I was trying to scam Tmobile. Really? Well I don't need an extra line but I do need two phones so what is the policy? I still don't know? Two to three months and it's a good deal. Two years and it's not. Most people would just do their job and answer the question but not this guy. He wanted to escalate the situation to an unacceptable level. Told him I was going to cancel 8 lines because of his attitude and he gave me the thumbs up and said good! Clearly this guy is unhappy working there. I'm contacting investor relations in the morning as I'm unsure if this is a company I want to be involved with any longer especially with the merge talk with Sprint. Instead of generating revenue tonight this disgruntled employee cost the company a customer of 13 years paying over $400 a month. Truly unbelievable. This is exactly the problem with California raising their minimum wages. All the uneducated garbage that can't get a minimum wage job in California is pouring into Phoenix and ruining the City. The last time I went there they didn't give me my ID back after making a copy and threw it away before I got their the next day to pick it up. Guess it's my fault for giving them another chance. Stay clear of this place.

Walked into T mobile and asked if they needed to activate my fiances new iphone7 in store. The guy wasn't very bright, kept stuttering, and argued with us about doing on the phone. I guess he didn't want to do his job. He then reset my fiance's old iphone before setting up the new one so he got locked out of his apple account. Then they did something to our account because we've called every single support number and it's in spanish! So it's a great night with a brand new iphone that is just sitting there because we can't do anything with it, thanks t mobile store.

T-Mobile is trying to scam people right now. Remember this past Christmas all the phone companies had promotion going on. T Mobile promotion was. You open two lines for free and get 2 phones for free or 2 tablets remember? Now they are trying to charge you for the phones. I call T Mobile today to find out what was going on with my bill. They tried to tell me that I didn't qualify for that promotion at the time but they would give me $100 credit on each phone or move up to a higher rate plan. I told them it was unacceptable and sounds like a bait-and-switch had that I want to speak to a manager. Well after waiting on hold for a half hour she came back on and a said the managers were busy that she would honor the promotion I was on and give me the phones for free. This totally sounds like a scam to put you into a more expensive phone plan or to have you paste something on the phones sounds very shady please share.
