First time at Men's Warehouse. Worked with Todd - he was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Greatly appreciate the time he took to show us various jacket/pant mixes and styles. Will definitely return.

Really great experience. We had Rob Lattimore assisting my grandfather in picking out a new suit, shirts, and ties for a wedding and he was really great. Rob was very friendly, helpful, and patient. Also had a great eye! He picked some nice shirts and ties to match, my grandfather was really satisfied.

Poor etiquette & customer service. Just walked out of the store. my pants required repairs, because the thread became undone. As I my issue, I was interrupted and told to relax. RUDE!

Aweful customer service. You will be discriminated against if you are under the age of 25. I was shopping with my boyfriend who was looking to buy new suits and we were looking for OVER AN HOUR and no one come to help us or ask if we were finding everything alright. No one came to help us until after he had already tried on 2 suits in the fitting room. Even though we had been there for over an hour and had not received any help, people came in after us and had received help immediately. They had also lied to us about the sale and promotion going on and decided to not tell us what we were buying did not qualify for the sale until checkout - after we had gone through alterations. Very disappointed with the customer service and honesty of the store. Would not recommend going to this Men's Wearhouse.
