Merylame Malek - Beauty Advisor in Fragances helped me out! My husbands fragrance did not come with his gift with purchase from online. The online customer service was absolutely no help. They said if it did not arrive there was no hope in getting it. I went in the north gate store, and explained my situation. She said ‘Of course we can help!’ She helped me quickly and efficiently. I was sooo happy I got the GWP for him. Give her kudos! 👌

Staff was MIA when I wanted to ask for size availability. After waiting in checkout line for an eternity I got the answer that everything displayed is all they have.
Upon purchasing a jacket, staff didn't have any knowledge of how to process Samsung pay although it has been launched since 2015. Here is how it works. Some card readers ask cashier to type in 4 specific numbers that's  displayed on the phone. Some reason staff asked me for the last four digits of my credit card. I told her the numbers but didn't go through of course. She asked me again in a rude manner "I need LAST FOUR DIGITS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD." I knew she needed the 4 numbers displayed on my phone so I told her the numbers. Instead of typing the numbers, she asked "is that the last for credit card numbers?" I tried to explain that she needs the numbers on my phone but she cut me off in the middle. So I gave her my actual credit card to show her that the number I told her is correct. Instead of admitting that she has made a mistake, she took my card and shoved it into the chip reader saying she knows how to do this. So I didn't get my points for the Samsung pay but I didn't want the people behind me to wait any longer so just signed and took my purchase. Perhaps she was a temporary holiday worker? Not hearing any apology definitely motivated me to write a review.
