U need to open earlier! When there is a Kohl’s next door and they open 2 hours before u where do u think people will shop? I’m not gonna wait around 2 hours!  Might help with sales if u open earlier!

I love JCPenney! Just disappointed in their rewards program. If you don't have their credit card it will take​ $400.00 to get a $10.00 reward. A point every 2 dollars.

I mostly shop in Sephora, but JCPenney is an awesome store for women and men of all ages! I frequently buy shoes, dresses, makeup, and jeans all in one store! Great costumer service, very friendly.

JC Penney is failing due to the ridiculous prices they have on merchandise. Wake up, be more competitive to Kohl's & other department stores or you will go into the forgotten retail & soon to be defunct.

Nice place to shop for the kids. Has great specials and a lot of options. The men's wear department is a little small. Staff are always very helpful and approachable.
