Arrived for our 5:30pm holiday family photo with the entire family, including the kids and grandma, only to be told that it was the 5:15pm groups turn.  Waited 25 minutes. 

David saved the day! Otherwise, this would be a 1-star review. He was a great photographer and was very helpful with our order.

All I want is JCPenney to credit my card on the items I order online. I talk to several people in several depts including the darn credi card bank and No one could help me

Went to the salon. I have tendinitis so its hard for me to walk. So because they didn't have a wheelchair the salon manager got a desk chair and pushed me to the salon from the door I parked at. My stylist Nay has been more than helpful to the point of elevating my feet while under the dryer.

The Salon is Horrible. Had a Horrible experience here last week.  After wearing my hair pretty short for a year, I wanted to try a little longer style, so I spent three months letting it grow. I showed the lady a good photograph of a nice pixie style haircut on a 50- 60-year-old woman. The lady cut my hair, starting in the back and cut way too short for the cut I wanted. It is literally about a half inch long all over except on the top, which she left  2 inches long. I don't know what she was thinking. The neckline was crooked. The back had cut lines all over where it was chopped, not blended.  The bangs were cut straight across short, bowl style.  The right side of the back was generally longer than the left side I have. I have 1 cowlick in front and 2 in back on the crown. All three of them were sticking up wildly when she was done cutting and blow drying. It looked horrendous and unkempt. She asked if I wanted to do more with it. I asked her to yes please do some styling with the top so it wasn't sticking straight up all over. She wet it down and used blow drier and curling iron, burning me three times. I ended up looking like some young gay guy out of a punk rock movie. Nothing wrong with that, just not the look I was going for. To tell you how short the sides and back were, my daughter used a number 8 on the electric clippers to even out all the uneven and choppy spots, and it wasn't any shorter than it had been cut, just evened out. Now I can start all over again and maybe by Fall it will be long enough to go to a new hair style. The only good thing out of the deal was that she did not charge me when she saw how unsatisfied I was. Humiliated and depressed in Decatur.

Went to store in Northlake and was told no coupons##!! Then i get text to go back to store in AM to get coupon they will giving away! #  Really are you kidding me. So you can tell me sorry no coupons again###!!. Want me back in your store to shop??send me a coupon i can use. .ie 10 💲  of a 10 💲  or moore purchase like you advertised to get me to shop in your store. ..
