I love Macy's. They have a great selection and it is great to go to one store knowing that you will probably find something for almost any occasion. It is not an eclectic boutique (obviously) but big department stores have their place. This one does a great job. The reason I am not giving it 5 starts is because there aren't many cashiers available. I always have to search for someone to ring me up.

The shoe department is amazing. Great service from Isaac and David, always! They get 5 stars! However, the clothing departments downstairs are a headache and messy, with zero customer service. Expect a wait at check-out. 3 stars for the clothing associates, do better.

I used to like Macy's a lot. But now they don't really have trendy clothing. It seems like a lot of their clothing is rather cheap and not quality or something I could see myself wearing more than once. I do like looking at their bedding and the other Home Goods that they have.

I don't know about Macy's but the Mac store at the mall entrance is EVERYTHING. Steven and Andrew are amazing. Steven was absolutely phenomenal. He helped me, gave me a fabulous first time experience getting my makeup done. It was the end of the night also when he did my makeup. Even still, he went above and beyond because he has such pride in his craft. Product knowledge is outstanding and everyone at this MAC location is top of the line in all categories

2017 Tree Lighting is always a great show and good time with family. We love shopping here.
