I went here for husband wedding band. The company sent the wrong ring 3 times and basically nothing can be done about it. They just keep ordering rings. I do not recommend coming here for a jewelry.

Low prices on Black Friday along with non-existent customer service. The sparse associates were located in the wrong departments and could not answer any questions regarding the products.

This review is not of the store, but of their credit card through Synchrony Bank. Don't get one! They tried to charge me for a late payment when I obviously paid over the amount due. Instead of addressing the problem when I raised the question, they sent me a form letter. I have excellent credit and will not risk it on this type of lack of care.

Jcpenney online pickup is a cluster. There are not enough employees to accommodate the number of customers.
Very inconvenient. This place is a joke.

Check this, I get to this mall and I am looking for a Casio Protrek for my pops.  I check Macy's, Kohl's, the watch stores and none have the Protrek.  They have the G-Shocks only.  Don't get me wrong, G-Shocks are good, but I wanted one with solar power and a big display.  I look at JCPenny and think, 'nah, they wouldn't have Protrek here'.  The curiosity got the best of me and since I'm not a cat, I know I was ok.  Go in and boom, they have them
