The layout of the store is 'easy' and although I was unable to get the size of perfume I was hoping to get 'in-store', there was an amazing employee who helped me order it through the kiosk, (who knew you could do that??) I did just that and received in in a few days and there wasn't a shipping fee, what a GREAT experience!!  Love Kohl's in Duluth!!  Thank you for making my holidays easier!!

Joinette at jewelry counter went was so helpful, she helped me find the Cameo Necklace I was searching for, only one left. I drove out of my way to this store and so glad I did, the reason I give 5 stars is because of her!

Electronic section is really small. Good place to shop cloths. Personally found little sad place to shop anything.

False advertising! Manager pointed at a sign that said 2/$20 and said oh no it’s 2/$30. Do not come here unless you want to get lied to.

I'm not a fan of their policy and procedures when it comes to online shopping and the store. It's great that you can shop online and return at the store, but to do an exchange is a huge hassle and isn't customer-friendly. But they always have good deals on products.
