I have been going to JCV for quite some time now and I can say the results are there. I feel healthier and have more stamina than before. Joe does what he can to keep each excercise exciting and new and will push you, ensuring that you are reaching your goals. Great facility. Very clean with excellent equipment. Great environment.

Before JCV Fitness, I couldn't find a place where I felt comfortable enough to workout and would always fall off my exercise plan. Coach Joe makes working out fun, is motivating and provides a comfortable environment along with the other members who go. I'm excited to continue to see results and definitely recommend to anyone!

Watch out beaches because this summer I'm coming and looking great, I didn't think it was possible to reach my fitness goals but after working out with Joe at JVC fitness I've not only reached my goals but exceeded them. His fitness plan pushed me physically and the results were amazing. Joe was able to give me a meal nutrition plan which helped me shread fat and gain muscles and made losing weight easy. I would most definitely check out JCV fitness if you have reached a fitness plateau and are looking for something different to get back into shape.

I’ve been looking for a place that’s local and more of a personal experience instead of a big gym and this was the perfect fit! Joe is the best coach evergetting everyone motivated with challenges and great groupwork outs and pushing you to where he knows you can be! Awesome place and awesome people!
