Renzo Gracie Training Facility:
RGTF is a Renzo Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu /BJJ, Submission Grappling, Muay Thai and Mixed Martial Arts/MMA training School.
Ephasis is placed on :
-technique & leverage rather than brute strength.
-effective movement into fight ending submissions

Head Instructor:
Professor Mark Cerrone is 3rd° Brazilian jiu jitsu black belt under legendary Renzo Gracie (MMA pioneer, one of the world's most highly regarded Brazilian jiu jitsu practitioners and teachers and grandson of BJJ founder, Carlos Gracie) & John Danaher (TUF coach in BJJ trainer of many notable MMA and BJJ practitioners, Including UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman, former welterweight champion George St Pierre, former lightweight champion Frankie Edgar, former welterweight champion Matt Serra and many others). Professor Mark is one of Renzo Gracie's first students in the U.S., and has over 21 years experience in BJJ under Renzo. Family oriented and great Sensei. Great classes and instruction.

My daughter has been training at this gym for about a year now and the results are outstanding! She has grown so much: both physically and mentally. The coaches truly care about each student as they have fostered a genuine relationship with her. Not to mention, they thoroughly prepared her for her first amateur Muay Thai fight as she came out with the unanimous decision victory. The family atmosphere is undeniably present in this facility as the entire team motivates, challenges, and supports one another.

The owner is a really great coach, and one of the best bjj teachers in the state, if not the country. He is not, however, a good manager or business man. There is very little stability with the coaches at this place, who end up leaving due to issues with being paid. Monthly membership is at the higher end, even when you negotiate a lower price than advertise when you sign up for your first contract. Once your year is up the gym automatically renews your membership at a higher price without notifying you of the increase, which can add north of $50 a month automatically deducted from the account you have signed up from. Cancelling membership can be a pain as well, and if the owner is around when you try to cancel he will come up to you and ask why you're "quitting" and be passive aggressive about it. He doesn't understand it is business, and takes it personal. Instead of being understanding and thankful I have given him and his gym over a thousand dollars of my hard earned money, he decides to conduct himself in such a childish and dishonorable way. For a guy who is very accomplished in bjj and claims to be alpha, he is very insecure at times. The gym will advertise random "half-off memberships and remaining balance" sales, which I find very suspicious and I suspect this may be done because the gym and/or the owner needs quick cash to pay the bills to keep the gym running. On the plus side, the students, fighters, and teachers there are all great people and not one bad thing can be said about them. If you're looking for a gym to train, there are other gyms which cost half as much without having to give away your bank account number or signing a contract with.

I've been doing jujitsu for 17 months and lost a total of 58 pounds going 3 times a week, and changing my diet to what my coach prescribed. Love it my son and I roll together it's a great family experience,

All these negative comments really make you think don't they? Go to golden falcon gym. Half of the OG renzo members are there and they will tell you how mark operates. If Renzo Gracie found out how this gym operates pretty sure it won't be nice, very prestigious BJJ and MMA name but this is how this gym operates? Hmm.. really makes you think doesn't it?
