More than just a gym, they are a family.

I have been training here for approximately 6 months.  All the coaches have a solid grasp and the fundamentals and do a great job of ensuring safety and development.

While some might find membership a bit pricey, I challenge you to think of it differently.  You are not paying a gym membership and walking in with no guidance or direction.  You are essentially paying for personal training with workouts that push you to the core.

Overall, a great location with good equipment and an excellent training staff.  Highly recommend.

I always leave SRCF feeling great about the work I just put in, workouts are tough but easily scalable for any level. The coaching staff takes time to know each individual so workouts are tailored to you. The best part about this gym is the community, It what keeps me excited about coming to the gym every day! Cant say enough good things about Savin Rock Crossfit

Great owner, instructor, people. Real Community place, hidden from the road, parking is not an issue.

Dropping in for the weekend while I travel for work was a real treat. Really appreciated the efficiency of the warm up and the competitive atmosphere for the workout. Highly recommended if youre in the area!
